Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 pan.
- Combine the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth in another bowl.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
