Description

Delicious cookie dough cups filled with gooey chocolate chips and topped with melted chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chocolate (for coating)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Gradually add flour to the mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each liner with cookie dough, pressing down lightly.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  8. Let them cool completely.
  9. Melt the chocolate and dip the tops of the cooled cookie cups.
  10. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.

Notes

Chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking for better texture. Consider using mini chocolate chips for even distribution.
