Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus, with woody ends trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the trimmed asparagus in a baking dish.
