Ingredients
- 200g white chocolate, high-quality
- 300ml thickened cream
- 100g caramel, store-bought or homemade
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.
- Let the melted chocolate cool slightly.
- Whip the thickened cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate until fully combined.
- Add caramel and gently mix until smooth.
- Spoon the mousse into mini dessert cups or layer into tarts and cakes.
- Refrigerate until set, then serve.
