Description

A delightful and velvety caramel mousse that combines the rich flavors of white chocolate and caramel into a light, fluffy dessert perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 200g white chocolate, high-quality
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 100g caramel, store-bought or homemade


Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.
  2. Let the melted chocolate cool slightly.
  3. Whip the thickened cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate until fully combined.
  5. Add caramel and gently mix until smooth.
  6. Spoon the mousse into mini dessert cups or layer into tarts and cakes.
  7. Refrigerate until set, then serve.

Notes

For best results, use chilled bowls and utensils when whipping the cream. Adjust the caramel sweetness to taste.
