Instructions
- Combine flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
- Cream together the room temperature butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg whites, canola oil, milk, and vanilla to the mixture and blend until fully incorporated.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the rainbow sprinkles gently.
- Pour the batter evenly into greased baking pans and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cakes to cool completely before frosting.
- Layer your cake and frosting into jars using small cake cubes and a spoon or piping bag for even layering.
