Description

A delightful dessert combining creamy banana pudding, airy whipped cream, and the irresistible flavor of Biscoff cookie butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1½ cups cold water
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter, melted
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 32 Biscoff cookies
  • 5 large bananas

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and vanilla pudding mix until well combined.
  2. Add the melted Biscoff cookie butter to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl to stiff peaks.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until no white streaks remain.
  5. Begin layering in a dish or trifle bowl: Start with pudding, followed by a layer of crushed Biscoff cookies, and then banana slices.
  6. Repeat the layers, ending with pudding on top.
  7. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and chill for 3–4 hours.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies and add fresh banana slices on top. Drizzle additional cookie butter over the dessert for a final touch.

Notes

For best results, use ripe but firm bananas and store the dessert covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
