Description

Big Mac Wraps offer a healthier, customizable twist on the classic burger, combining seasoned beef, zesty sauces, and fresh veggies in a warm tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced white onions
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and a pinch of garlic powder to create the special sauce. Set it aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds to make them pliable. Spread the special sauce on each tortilla, then add a generous portion of seasoned beef, followed by the cheese, lettuce, onions, and pickles.
  4. Tightly roll up each wrap, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Toast the wraps seam-side down until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove the toothpicks and slice the wraps diagonally in half. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.

Notes

For a lighter option, consider using lettuce as a wrap instead of tortillas. Prepare extra sauce for dipping.
