Description

A comforting dish featuring tender beef strips in a creamy sauce served over egg noodles or rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into strips
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Egg noodles or rice, for serving


Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic, then sauté until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms and beef strips, cooking until the beef is browned.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
