Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream or ice cream for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine the sliced bananas, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the banana mixture into the greased baking dish.
