Description

Avalanche Cookies are a delightful combination of white melting chocolate, peanut butter, Rice Krispies, and marshmallows, making them an irresistible treat.


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces white melting chocolate
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips (divided)


Instructions

  1. Prepare a large cookie sheet by covering it with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. Melt the white chocolate according to the package instructions.
  3. Combine the melted white chocolate and creamy peanut butter in a large bowl, stirring until smooth.
  4. Stir in the Rice Krispies, mini marshmallows, and ¾ cup of the mini chocolate chips until well coated.
  5. Scoop the mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet, forming cookies of your desired size.
  6. Top each cookie with the remaining mini chocolate chips.
  7. Chill the cookies in the refrigerator until set, about 20 minutes.
