  • 1-1/2 pounds (227 g) ground beef
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s white vinegar


Instructions

  1. Set your oven to a temperature of 350°F to preheat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently whisk the eggs.
  3. Incorporate the tomato sauce, chopped onion, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper into the eggs.
  4. Add the ground beef and blend until everything is combined.
