Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried raspberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, and honey (or maple syrup) until well mixed.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips, freeze-dried raspberries, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Once combined, use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
