Description

Delicious and nutritious energy balls made with white chocolate, freeze-dried raspberries, and almond butter, perfect for a quick snack or healthy breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, and honey (or maple syrup) until well mixed.
  2. Fold in the white chocolate chips, freeze-dried raspberries, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Once combined, use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
