Ingredients
- 1 package of vegan puff pastry sheets
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the vegan puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Mix the coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Place a spoonful of the cream mixture and sliced strawberries in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling, pinching to seal.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm.
