Description

Delightfully flaky Vegan Strawberry Cream Danishes filled with rich coconut cream and fresh strawberries, perfect for brunch or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of vegan puff pastry sheets
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the vegan puff pastry and cut it into squares.
  3. Mix the coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream mixture and sliced strawberries in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling, pinching to seal.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm.
