Delicious no-bake protein balls combining oats, protein powder, and butterscotch chips, perfect for a post-workout snack or afternoon energy boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or butterscotch flavored)
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and protein powder.
  2. Add in nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in butterscotch chips and chopped nuts if using.
  4. Once the mixture is thoroughly mixed, refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. After chilling, roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
