A delightful sandwich combining crispy bacon, creamy scrambled eggs, and melted cheddar cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Cook the bacon slices until crispy, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Melt butter in a separate skillet over medium heat, then pour in the egg mixture.
  5. Gently scramble the eggs until they are just set, then remove from heat.
  6. Place 4 slices of bread on a clean surface and top each with a slice of bacon.
  7. Divide the scrambled eggs evenly on top of the bacon slices.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs, then cover with the remaining 4 slices of bread.
  9. Spread butter on the outsides of each sandwich.
  10. Grill the sandwiches in the preheated skillet until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
