Description

A delightful crescent ring filled with tender turkey, sweet cranberry sauce, and cheese, perfect for any holiday gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or Swiss)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and arrange triangles in a circular pattern on the baking sheet, overlapping edges slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese, mayonnaise (or cream cheese), Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the filling onto the wide ends of the dough triangles, distributing evenly.
  5. Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling to seal it.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Consider using leftover Thanksgiving turkey or store-bought rotisserie chicken. Add herbs or adjust seasonings to your taste.
