Ingredients
- 2 packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or Swiss)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and arrange triangles in a circular pattern on the baking sheet, overlapping edges slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese, mayonnaise (or cream cheese), Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the filling onto the wide ends of the dough triangles, distributing evenly.
- Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling to seal it.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
