Instructions
- Preheat your griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar to the dry mixture and whisk until combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped walnuts and shredded cheddar cheese.
