Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 pound (450 g) beef, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 (15.5 ounce (439 g)) cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14.5 ounce (411 g)) can beef broth
- 2 (4 ounce (113 g)) cans diced green chiles
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried oregano
- 5 teaspoon (3 ml) ground black pepper
- 25 teaspoon (1 ml) red pepper flakes
- 1 cup (240 ml) yogurt
- 5 cup (120 ml) coconut cream
Instructions
- Collect all necessary items.
- Warm up the olive oil in a big pot over medium heat. Add the beef pieces, onion, and garlic; cook and stir until the beef is fully cooked through and no longer pink in the middle, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
