Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450 g) beef, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 (15.5 ounce (439 g)) cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (14.5 ounce (411 g)) can beef broth
  • 2 (4 ounce (113 g)) cans diced green chiles
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried oregano
  • 5 teaspoon (3 ml) ground black pepper
  • 25 teaspoon (1 ml) red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup (240 ml) yogurt
  • 5 cup (120 ml) coconut cream


Instructions

  1. Collect all necessary items.
