Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover stuffing
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs (for coating)
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Mix the leftover stuffing, shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese, green onions, and egg in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into small balls, approximately the size of a golf ball.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, preparing it for frying.
- Fry the stuffing balls for about 3-4 minutes per side or until they achieve a crispy, golden-brown exterior.
- Drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil and serve warm.
