Description

Delightful Thanksgiving stuffing balls made from leftover stuffing, turkey, and cranberry sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • Breadcrumbs (for coating)
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Mix the leftover stuffing, shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese, green onions, and egg in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls, approximately the size of a golf ball.
  3. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, preparing it for frying.
  5. Fry the stuffing balls for about 3-4 minutes per side or until they achieve a crispy, golden-brown exterior.
  6. Drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil and serve warm.

Notes

Experiment with different cheese varieties for added richness or mix seasonings into the breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
