Description

Delightful Thai basil beef rolls filled with savory ground beef, aromatic herbs, and fresh vegetables wrapped in crispy rice paper.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • Rice paper wraps
  • Vegetables for filling (optional, such as carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the skillet and mix well, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh Thai basil leaves.
  4. Soak rice paper wraps in warm water until soft.
  5. Place a few tablespoons of the beef mixture on the rice paper, along with any desired vegetables.
  6. Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Notes

Ensure to soak the rice paper briefly to prevent tearing. Fresh ingredients are key for the best flavor.
