- 2 cups cooked white or brown rice

- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Stir in garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender.
- Pour in teriyaki sauce and stir to combine, allowing it to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the turkey mixture over the cooked rice and garnish with green onions if desired.
