Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 servings of ramen noodles
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • Shredded vegetables (optional, e.g., carrots, spinach)
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken thighs until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes per side.
  2. Add the teriyaki sauce to the skillet, cooking until the chicken is coated and sticky. Remove from heat and slice.
  3. Combine chicken broth, miso paste, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a pot. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and add to the broth.
  5. Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with sliced teriyaki chicken, green onions, and any additional vegetables. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
