Recreate the iconic Taco Bell Beefy Melt Burrito at home with ground beef, taco seasoning, and gooey cheese, perfect for satisfying cravings any night.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup pico de gallo (optional)
- 1 can nacho cheese sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions; mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a tablespoon of sour cream in the center.
- Add a portion of the beef mixture, cheddar cheese, and pico de gallo if using.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Optionally, drizzle nacho cheese sauce inside before folding.
- Heat the rolled burrito in a skillet until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
