Description

Juicy ground beef combined with earthy mushrooms and Swiss cheese, all grilled in foil for a hassle-free BBQ meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 burger buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Foil for wrapping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper.
  3. Take a piece of foil and place a portion of the beef mixture in the center.
  4. Top with sliced mushrooms, onions, and a slice of Swiss cheese.
  5. Fold the foil into a packet, sealing the edges.
  6. Repeat for the remaining portions.
  7. Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through.
  8. Carefully open the packets and serve the burgers on buns with any additional toppings you like.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in herbs or spices like garlic or thyme with the beef mixture.
