Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
Instructions
- Cook the rice or quinoa according to the package directions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground turkey to the hot skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and sriracha until well combined.
- Pour the sauce over the turkey and broccoli mixture in the skillet. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes so the flavors meld together.
