Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the mashed sweet potatoes, eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
