Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned.
- Add halved Brussels sprouts to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Pour in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce; mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are tender.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For a quicker prep, consider using pre-chopped Brussels sprouts. Adjust soy sauce for desired sweetness.
