Description

A comforting and flavorful dish combining ground beef and Brussels sprouts with sweet chili sauce and soy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned.
  4. Add halved Brussels sprouts to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  5. Pour in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce; mix well.

  7. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are tender.
