Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)


Instructions
