Ingredients
- 1 cup organic frozen strawberries
- 1/8 – 1/4 cup milk of choice (oat milk recommended)
Instructions
- Add frozen strawberries and milk to a blender.
- Start the blender on low speed.
- Use your tamper to push fruit down towards the blades, or turn the blender off every half minute to scrape the corners.
- Keep blending until there are no frozen strawberries remaining.
- Scoop into a bowl.
- Add toppings of your choice.
