Description

A thick, refreshing strawberry smoothie bowl that emphasizes the bold flavor of strawberries without the use of bananas.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic frozen strawberries
  • 1/8 – 1/4 cup milk of choice (oat milk recommended)


Instructions

  1. Add frozen strawberries and milk to a blender.
  2. Start the blender on low speed.
  3. Use your tamper to push fruit down towards the blades, or turn the blender off every half minute to scrape the corners.
  4. Keep blending until there are no frozen strawberries remaining.
  5. Scoop into a bowl.
  6. Add toppings of your choice.
