Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 3/4 cup chilled butter, cubed (1 1/2 sticks)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- 3 cups fresh diced strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 7×11 glass baking dish.
- Combine the crust ingredients in a large bowl.
- Incorporate chilled butter into the dry mix until crumbly.
- Set aside 3/4 cup of the mixture for topping.
- Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes.
- Whisk together the filling ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Stir in fresh diced strawberries.
- Spoon the filling evenly over the baked crust.
- Sprinkle the reserved crust mixture over the filling.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until golden brown and set.
