Description

Delicious strawberry cheesecake rolls featuring a creamy filling wrapped in soft crepes, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup shortbread cookies, crushed
  • 6-8 crepes
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling (optional)


Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the diced strawberries and crushed shortbread cookies.
  4. Place a crepe on a flat surface and spread a thin layer of the cheesecake mixture on it.
  5. Roll the crepe tightly and repeat with the remaining crepes and filling.
