A delightful blend of creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and rich vanilla ice cream in a nostalgic milkshake that’s perfect for summer.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 5 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup homemade strawberry sauce (optional)
- 4 cups (8 scoops) vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/2 of a 6-inch store-bought cheesecake, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the homemade strawberry sauce and chill completely if using.
- In a blender, combine softened vanilla ice cream, cheesecake pieces, and crushed graham cracker crumbs. Blend until smooth, adding chilled strawberry sauce if desired.
- Drizzle some strawberry sauce in the prepared glasses before pouring in the milkshake mixture.
- Pour the milkshake into the glasses, top with whipped cream made from cream cheese, drizzle extra strawberry sauce, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs, and add a fresh strawberry for garnish. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker milkshake, add more frozen strawberries or reduce the liquid components. Experiment with toppings and adjust sweetness according to your taste.
