Description

A delightful blend of creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and rich vanilla ice cream in a nostalgic milkshake that’s perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 5 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup homemade strawberry sauce (optional)
  • 4 cups (8 scoops) vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/2 of a 6-inch store-bought cheesecake, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the homemade strawberry sauce and chill completely if using.
  2. In a blender, combine softened vanilla ice cream, cheesecake pieces, and crushed graham cracker crumbs. Blend until smooth, adding chilled strawberry sauce if desired.
  3. Drizzle some strawberry sauce in the prepared glasses before pouring in the milkshake mixture.
  4. Pour the milkshake into the glasses, top with whipped cream made from cream cheese, drizzle extra strawberry sauce, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs, and add a fresh strawberry for garnish. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker milkshake, add more frozen strawberries or reduce the liquid components. Experiment with toppings and adjust sweetness according to your taste.
