Description

A cozy weeknight dinner combining perfectly cooked steak bites with tender broccoli and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 4 medium potatoes (sliced thinly for scallops)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
  2. Steam broccoli in another pot until tender.
  3. Prepare potato scallops by layering sliced potatoes, butter, milk, and seasoning in a baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes.
  4. Combine cooked steak and broccoli, then top with shredded cheese until melted.
  5. Serve alongside the potato scallops.
