Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) (450 grams) boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams) onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams) paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) (60 milliliters) Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) (60 milliliters) honey
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cup (480 ml) s (240 grams) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 flatbreads or naan
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) (15 grams) chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) (25 grams) chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the chicken.
- Cook chicken until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix Sriracha sauce and honey.
- Pour the Sriracha honey mixture over the cooked chicken.
- Stir until chicken is coated and set aside.
- Cook turkey bacon in a separate pan over medium heat until crispy.
- Remove bacon and crumble into small pieces.
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute chicken over each flatbread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
- Add crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped cilantro and green onions.
- Slice flatbreads into pieces and serve warm.
