Ingredients

  • 1 pound (454 g) (450 grams) boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams) onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams) paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) (60 milliliters) Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) (60 milliliters) honey
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cup (480 ml) s (240 grams) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 flatbreads or naan
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) (15 grams) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) (25 grams) chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken pieces to the skillet.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the chicken.
  6. Cook chicken until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. In a small bowl, mix Sriracha sauce and honey.
  8. Pour the Sriracha honey mixture over the cooked chicken.
  9. Stir until chicken is coated and set aside.
  10. Cook turkey bacon in a separate pan over medium heat until crispy.
  11. Remove bacon and crumble into small pieces.
  12. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  13. Evenly distribute chicken over each flatbread.
  14. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
  15. Add crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
  16. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  17. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped cilantro and green onions.
  18. Slice flatbreads into pieces and serve warm.
