Ingredients

- 2 cup (480 ml) s chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Salt, pepper, garlic, honey as you desire
- 1 can jumbo biscuits
- 3 large chicken breasts, not quartered
Instructions
- Combine everything except the biscuits in a slow cooker on a low setting.
- Allow it to cook for 5-6 hours, and then take out the chicken.
- Remove the bones from the chicken and return the meat to the slow cooker.
- Divide the biscuits into pieces about 1/2 to 3/4 in size and position them over the chicken and broth, drizzling a little of both over the biscuits.
- Switch the cooker to high and let it cook for one more hour.
