Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked spinach, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cooked spinach, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a clean surface and cut them into squares, about 3 inches by 3 inches.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each square.
- Carefully fold the puff pastry over to form triangles, sealing the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Place the prepared spinach puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
