Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach and artichokes to the skillet, cooking until spinach is wilted.
