Ingredients
- 1 lb ground venison
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 corn or flour tortillas
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground venison and cook until browned.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the diced avocado, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice to make the salsa.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
