Description

A vibrant and comforting spicy Korean ramen featuring tender grilled beef in a creamy broth.

Ingredients

  • Ramen noodles
  • Beef (for grilling)
  • Soy sauce
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • Sesame oil
  • Garlic
  • Green onions
  • Cream
  • Chicken or beef broth
  • Vegetables (e.g., bok choy, mushrooms)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create the marinade for the beef.
  3. Marinate the beef for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
  4. Grill the beef to desired doneness, then slice it thinly.
  5. In a pot, heat chicken or beef broth and stir in the cream until combined.
  6. Add cooked ramen to the pot and heat through.
  7. Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with grilled beef, and garnish with chopped green onions and any additional vegetables.

Notes

For extra spice, increase the amount of gochujang as needed. Fresh ingredients yield better results.
