Description

A vibrant seafood medley featuring shrimp, crab legs, and mussels, all seasoned to perfection with Cajun spices and served alongside corn and baby potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs shrimp, deveined
  • 1 lb crab legs
  • 1 lb mussels
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into halves
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 4 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Optional: parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add salt and Cajun seasoning.
  2. Add baby potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Then add shrimp, crab legs, mussels, and garlic. Squeeze lemon juice into the pot and drop in lemon halves.
  5. Cook until shrimp turns pink and mussels open, around 5-7 minutes.
  6. Drain the pot and serve hot with extra lemon and parsley if desired.

Notes

Use fresh seafood for the best flavor. Taste the broth before adding seafood and adjust seasonings as desired.
