Ingredients

- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup water (adjust as needed)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sourdough discard, flour, and salt until combined.
- Slowly add water until a dough forms.
- Knead for a few minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball out into thin circles.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side until lightly browned.
- Use in wraps, tacos, or as lasagna noodles.
Notes
Start with room-temperature sourdough discard for better mixing. Keep tortillas warm in a cloth until serving.
