Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sourdough discard
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • Flaky sea salt for sprinkling


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough discard, all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls or bites.
  5. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
