- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the sourdough starter, sugar, and melted butter, mixing well.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for about 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
