Description

Delightful sourdough knots filled with Nutella, perfect for sharing or enjoying alone.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Nutella


Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sourdough starter, sugar, milk, melted butter, and salt in a bowl until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth, then cover and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread Nutella over the top.
  5. Fold the dough and cut into strips.
  6. Twist each strip to form knots and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Allow knots to rise for another 15 minutes.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
