Description

A delightful twist on classic s’mores, this sourdough bread combines tangy flavors with gooey chocolate, fluffy marshmallows, and crunchy graham crackers, bringing a taste of summer to your kitchen.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sourdough starter
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sourdough starter, water, and sugar. Stir in the flour and salt until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers into the dough.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 2-4 hours or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  7. Allow it to rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Brush the top with melted butter.
