Ingredients
- 2 cups sourdough starter
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sourdough starter, water, and sugar. Stir in the flour and salt until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Incorporate the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers into the dough.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 2-4 hours or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Allow it to rise again for 30 minutes.
- Brush the top with melted butter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
