- 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons (10 ml) chili powder

- 2 (15-ounce) cans corn kernels, drained
- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 80 ml plain yogurt
- 1 (5.3-ounce) container plain Greek yogurt (or 160 ml of blended cottage cheese or mayo)
- 120 g chopped cilantro (plus more to sprinkle over top)
- 120 g crumbled feta cheese
- Optional toppings: jalapenos, crushed tortilla chips, hot sauce
Instructions
- Place the chicken, diced onion, and minced garlic into the slow cooker. Add Tajin, chili powder, kosher salt, and pepper for flavor. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 6 hours.
- Incorporate the corn, diced tomatoes with green chiles, plain yogurt, Greek yogurt (or blended cottage cheese or mayo), and chopped cilantro into the mixture. Add more kosher salt and pepper, then continue cooking on low for an additional 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
