Ingredients
- – 1 bag (737 g) frozen meatballs (about 30-35 meatballs)
- – 2 cups (480 ml) beef broth
- – 1 packet brown gravy mix
- – 1 packet onion soup mix
- – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) ketchup
- – 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- – 2 tablespoons (16 g) cornstarch
- – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) cold water
Instructions
- Coat the inside of the slow cooker with a nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the frozen meatballs into the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, blend the beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Pour this mixture over the meatballs and mix well.
- Secure the lid and set the slow cooker to cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
- Once the cooking time is complete, combine the cornstarch and cold water in a small bowl using a fork. Add this mixture to the slow cooker and let it cook for another 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the Salisbury steak meatballs with either egg noodles or mashed potatoes. Add chopped parsley on top for garnish. Enjoy!
