Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoky kielbasa, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the kielbasa and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
