An indulgent and flavorful lasagna featuring layers of lobster, crab, and shrimp in a rich creamy sauce—perfect for seafood lovers.
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles (cooked until al dente)
- 1 bunch of green onions (diced)
- 1 lb (454 g) cooked lobster meat
- 1 lb (454 g) crab meat
- 1 lb (454 g) raw shrimp (diced)
- 4 tsp seafood seasoning
- 4 cups Sargento’s Italian Cheese blend
- 5 tbsp butter (salted)
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 5 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp coarse black pepper
- 2 tsp parsley flakes (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Combine chopped green onions, lobster, crab, and shrimp in a large bowl.
- 2. Mix in seafood seasoning and set aside.
- 3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then stir in flour to form a roux.
- 4. Slowly add heavy cream while stirring to form a smooth sauce.
- 5. Cook until thickened, then add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat.
- 6. Grease a 9×13 baking dish. Layer as follows:
- – First: sauce, 3 noodles, half the seafood mix
- – Second: sauce, cheese, 3 noodles, remaining seafood mix
- – Third: sauce, 3 noodles, cheese, optional parsley
- 7. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour 25 minutes.
- 8. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can prepare it ahead of time and refrigerate before baking. For added flavor, a splash of lemon juice can be added to the seafood mixture.
