Description

An indulgent and flavorful lasagna featuring layers of lobster, crab, and shrimp in a rich creamy sauce—perfect for seafood lovers.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles (cooked until al dente)
  • 1 bunch of green onions (diced)
  • 1 lb (454 g) cooked lobster meat
  • 1 lb (454 g) crab meat
  • 1 lb (454 g) raw shrimp (diced)
  • 4 tsp seafood seasoning
  • 4 cups Sargento’s Italian Cheese blend
  • 5 tbsp butter (salted)
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 5 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp coarse black pepper
  • 2 tsp parsley flakes (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. 1. Combine chopped green onions, lobster, crab, and shrimp in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Mix in seafood seasoning and set aside.
  3. 3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then stir in flour to form a roux.
  4. 4. Slowly add heavy cream while stirring to form a smooth sauce.
  5. 5. Cook until thickened, then add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat.
  6. 6. Grease a 9×13 baking dish. Layer as follows:
  7. – First: sauce, 3 noodles, half the seafood mix
  8. – Second: sauce, cheese, 3 noodles, remaining seafood mix
  9. – Third: sauce, 3 noodles, cheese, optional parsley
  10. 7. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour 25 minutes.
  11. 8. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can prepare it ahead of time and refrigerate before baking. For added flavor, a splash of lemon juice can be added to the seafood mixture.
