Description

Delicious kabobs capturing the essence of a seafood boil, featuring shrimp, scallops, and fresh veggies, seasoned to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Cajun spices
  • Wooden skewers


Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare seafood by cleaning and marinating in olive oil, lemon juice, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cut vegetables into uniform pieces for even cooking.
  4. Thread shrimp, scallops, and vegetables onto skewers, alternating for presentation.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until shrimp is opaque and vegetables are tender.
