Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb scallops
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Cajun spices
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Prepare seafood by cleaning and marinating in olive oil, lemon juice, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut vegetables into uniform pieces for even cooking.
- Thread shrimp, scallops, and vegetables onto skewers, alternating for presentation.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until shrimp is opaque and vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with a dipping sauce.
